A one day seminar/workshop introducing ISO 18404:2015 and its competency requirements for practitioners, the assessment process and the structuring of required evidence. Submission of portfolio of evidence, review and feedback. Feedback will take place by email, with the option for follow-up discussion by skype or face-to-face. Face-to-face review, preparation and mock assessment centre. An optional ISO 18404 Boot Camp is available if required, to help you rapidly build the evidence you will need for certification.

The cost for elements 1 and 2 above, the initial one-day seminar/workshop and review of the delegate’s portfolio of evidence is £700 plus VAT. The cost for elements 1 to 3, the initial one-day seminar/workshop and review of the delegate’s portfolio of evidence PLUS the one-day face-to- face review, preparation and mock assessment centre is £900 plus VAT provided that these are booked together. The cost of the whole package including the two-day Day Boot Camp is £1200 plus VAT provided that these are booked together.
