Fourth Generation Excellence
In 2015, a new framework of Government Excellence was introduced to promote best practices in the UAE Federal, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and other Emirates. This framework aims to improve the strategy of systems of Government work as a means of achieving excellence with a focus on the future and maintaining and developing best practices.
Professor Tony Bendell and Services Ltd have been consulting in assessing and training in quality and Excellence for 30 years. As professionals of the 4G framework, we believe it is of immense value for this new framework of Government Assessment to be accessible and implemented across Government and Public Sector organisations Globally.
