Introduction

Our course has been purpose built to enable delegates to build the competency requirements for certification as Lean Leaders under ISO18404. This 8-day course can either be taken together with the 8-day Lean Practitioner programme above, to enable delegates to be directly prepared for Lean Leader status under ISO18404, or can be taken as a top up course to enable those currently meeting Lean Practitioner standards to progress to Lean Leader.
