Tony is the Managing Director of Services Ltd. He has recently retired as the Director of the Centre of Quality Excellence at the University of Leicester where his chair in Quality & Reliability Management was established with support from Rolls Royce Plc. He has been involved in implementing Six Sigma and Lean programmes in numerous manufacturing and service companies and the public sector. Tony is a leading figure on the Excellence and Quality stage as a speaker at international forums and a leader into research on Quality Methods, Management, Measurement and Benchmarking. As well as the UK Government’s DTI “Managing in the 90’s” booklet on the Quality Gurus, he has also written major management texts for the Financial Times and Sunday Times.
