Stan specialises in Business Process Improvement. He is a Senior Six Sigma specialist trainer and consultant for Services Ltd.

He was a co-author of Ford’s quality system and also co-wrote the Ford Statistical Process Control Instruction Guide, which has become the industry standard. He led the early application of Statistical Process Improvement in the TSB Group.

Stan specialises in the Japanese/Deming approach to process and design improvement He provides training and support in the development and implementation of bespoke performance improvement programmes, including the creation of balanced scorecards and associated analytical software. He is also our leader on Excel and Minitab applications.
