David is a Master Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has 8 eight years practical experience of leading Six Sigma projects and helping pass the learning of how to implement both Lean and Six Sigma at Kodak Limited and its major suppliers. David has implemented Total Productive Maintenance, led Kaizen teams to improve productivity, reduce many forms of waste and design and construct effective flow line processes. Many of the projects David has led have been based on safety and inventory problems, and the key improvement tool was 5S and workplace design.

David has transferred manufacturing tools used with materials suppliers to transactional and service processes in banks and human resource, financial, insurance and planning processes.
