Tony Bendell
Professor Tony Bendell is a world renowned authority on the subject of organisational excellence and process improvement, authoritative conference speaker and consultant at the highest levels. He has recently retired from Leicester University where he was one of the UKs three Professors of Quality Management and he is the Managing Director of Services Ltd.
Stan Bennett
Stan specialises in Business Process Improvement. He is a Senior Associate Consultant with extensive experience of the development of quality systems and the use of statistical process control techniques in (among others) the automotive, banking and pharmaceutical sectors. Stan is a Senior Six Sigma specialist trainer and consultant for Services Ltd and is also our leader on Excel and Minitab applications.
Nick
Corke
Nick is a Senior Consultant for Services Ltd. He has 25 years experience in technical and training environment, an expert in creativity, personally trained as a trainer in Lateral Thinking techniques by Edward de Bono specialises in the application of Quality Tools. Nick is our lead consultant/trainer for Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) both in manufacturing and service environments.
Roy
Durdin
Roy is a senior operations management professional with over 30 years experience
of introducing operational and strategic change within manufacturing, service
and public sector organisations which has included the use of World Class,
Lean, Process Management, Continuous Improvement and Management Development
techniques in a diverse range of market sectors.
Roy has also introduced and implemented business improvement into a diverse
range of clients and with associated development of Management and Operational
Staff at all levels within manufacturing and service organisations to facilitate
and embed change.
Charles
McCann
Chas is an active Senior Associate Consultant working with Services Ltd. on the implementation of Benchmarking and Business Excellence programmes and techniques in a range of private and public sector organisations. He also has considerable experience in the Best Value context having been involved in a major project for Bath and North East Somerset Council. Other projects include similar work with a group of nine major charities and projects for Rolls-Royce and Motorola.
Brendan
McCarron
Brendan McCarron has over twelve years experience as a management consultant in the areas of leadership and improvement, customer service management and Quality Improvement and operations. He is a visiting Lecturer and Additional External Examiner to the University of Leicester's Centre for Quality Excellence and Visiting Lecturer in Consultancy to the Middlesex University Business School.

Norman Randall
A Senior Associate Consultant with over 20 years experience in organisational and management development in both the public and private sectors in areas as diverse as aerospace, heavy and light engineering, heavy and light manufacturing, and FMCG. Our expert in Business Team Facilitation, Large Group Facilitation, Change Management Assessment and Development Centres and Coaching and Mentoring Skills.
Lynne Smith
Lynne has extensive senior management experience in the Local Government sector in key professional areas. Although her original training was as a lawyer, she has successfully taken on new and diverse areas of work and her expertise includes review, performance management, partnerships, and strategic planning. She is a good communicator, with a proven performance management record, and a strong goal and deadline focus. Her enthusiasm for quality and performance includes achieving the first Chartermark for her Council and leading the first successful Council wide Investors in People application (and subsequent re-accreditation). She is also an experienced peer assessor. Other public sector interests include the health economy, where she is a Non Executive Director of the largest Primary Care Trust in the West Midlands, and the further education sector, in which she is a college governor.
Mike Stone
A graduate from the University of Cambridge and a highly experienced course tutor; Mike has been a management consultant since 1987 and has been associated with Services Ltd for several years. Mike specialises in Environmental and Quality Consultancy, auditing and training. He is a widely respected senior engineer and quality management professional with extensive consultancy and management experience in the civil service, aerospace and oil industries.
