Brendan McCarron BSc, MBA, MASQ

Brendan is an expert on public sector implementation of Process Improvement, Lean thinking and Six Sigma. He is a highly experienced management consultant in performance and change management and a well-known conference speaker and educator. He is former chair of the British Quality Foundation’s Local Authority Group and was until recently advisor to the CIPFA Competition Advisory Service on quality management, waste reduction, process review & design, and Best Value. Previously Brendan was a Business Analyst and Quality Advisor at the London Borough of Newham and responsible for designing and delivering department-wide TQM, ISO 9000, Investors in People and Benchmarking programmes.
