Conditions

Completion of the registration form or written request constitutes a legally binding agreement. Joining instructions will be forwarded once you confirm your booking. We cannot be held responsible for the non-arrival of booking information, so if you have not heard from us within 7 days prior to the start of the programme, please call us on 0115 9455285 during normal office hours.

Cancellations or transfers to another programme can be made in writing up to 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the programme at no extra charge. Cancellations after four weeks prior to the course will incur the full cost. Transfers may be made up to 2 full weeks prior to the programme at an additional charge of 20% of that full programme fee. You may substitute delegates at any time, however please make sure that Services Ltd are informed. Services Ltd. are not able to offer refunds for cancellations arising from events outside of our control, including adverse weather conditions, or industrial action.

Payment

All payments must be received by Services Ltd. prior to the commencement of the programme.

The information you provide on the booking form will be held on a database to process the confirmation of your place and so that we can keep you up to date with relevant seminar programmes and other products and services provided by Services Ltd. We do not pass your details on to any other external companies for marketing purposes.
