ISO 9000:2000 Review and Assessment of Customer Approaches

The new standard now requires ISO 9000 certificated companies to undertake, document, review and continuously improve the measurement, analysis and use of customer perception data. The requirement is quite complex and companies will need to prepare early for these changes to maintain certification.
