Services Ltd was founded as a Quality Consultany and training organisation in 1983 by Professor Bendell, who still runs the company today. Twenty years later we are one of the three largest training and consultancy organisations licensed by the British Quality Foundation. The support and services we provide to our clients in the context of the EFQM Excellence Model comes in many forms, since our objective is always to provide the basis for substantive improvement and excellence. Dependant upon the maturity of the client, support may take the form of specialist inputs, one-off training courses or a fully integrated support programme. Integration of support provision is crucial for a fully effective programme, so unless a high level of expertise already exists within the client organisation, ongoing mentoring and programme management support are key aspects of the services we provide.
