Approach:
The Public Sector Process Excellence improvement approach is introduced into organisations through highly interactive workshops led by experienced public sector managers and consultants. The programme consist of a 2 day intensive introductory working session that introduces the framework and two one day workshops in which managers can identify their own processes for improvement and get peer and expert assistance working through the framework.
The facilitators are Services Limited's senior consultants who work to deliver a fantastic learning experience for delegates.
The workshop sessions are separated by 4 – 6 weeks to give delegates time to reflect on and practice using the frameworks, tools and techniques in their own organisations.
A two-day optional consultancy package is available as an option to supplement this programme at a specially discounted rate. The two consultancy days provided by programme tutors are normally taken to support implementation at the participants’ organisation between the workshop sessions.
