3-DAY Business Success Through Excellence

Dates

This three-day workshop outlines the keys to the successful pursuit of excellence, what to do, how to do it, in what order and when. Delegates will have the opportunity to take stock of where their organisations are today in the pursuit of excellence and what needs to be done to deliver business payback.

A recent study commissioned by the European Foundation for Quality Management and the British Quality Foundation and lead by Prof. Tony Bendell’s team has confirmed unambiguously that across Europe companies serious about pursuing excellence outperform their competitors substantially in both the short and long-term in terms of shareholder value and the usual financial business measures.

This course identifies what you and your organisation have to do to reap the business and financial benefits of pursuing excellence. It discusses how you should pursue improvement, structure, plan and implement it.
