"1-DAY The Vision & Practise of Lean Public Service"

Services Ltd is currently running a series of regional seminars and associated implementation training courses led by our Managing Director, Prof. Tony Bendell. Tony is an international expert in the field of Lean Operations and Public Services. Formerly Director of the Centre of Quality Excellence at the University of Leicester Prof Bendell has more than 30 years experience of service quality and performance improvement in 5 continents. The team at Services Ltd are equally skilled, with backgrounds including Local Government Officers and Members. Our clients include Local Authorities, the Probation Service, Central Government and Agencies. The following quotes indicate something of how they value our approach:

"A public service background that includes the Audit Commission led me to investigate a range of potential providers of Lean implementation training. Services Ltd were selected as a training partner for their innovative and comprehensive approach to training and skill development via their Master Lean Belt Programme. As the training programme progressed, the implementation benefits began to crystalise. The forward potential for increased organisational efficiency is considerable."
Sean Quiggin, Director - Interventions, Thames Valley Probation
"Services Ltd’s Master Lean Belt programme and the help and training given to Members and Officers has provided a solid base from which to roll out the Lean approach. The initial batch of 14 projects started as part of the Master Lean Belt Programme has already yielded gains in 7 distinct services and the learning is being used to spread the Lean message across all services and activity in the Authority."
