Introduction

These Public training courses are run on a Regional basis and are designed to fully transfer the knowledge and skills for Public Sector Lean Transformation to participants from Public Service Organisation. The 10-day programmes provide participants with both the methodology for Lean implementation in the public sector context, and the practical experience of supervised implementation of application within their organisation via an individual organisational project to be worked on between the 3-day training Modules.

• Group Process Simulation Exercise to identify limitations in traditional processing and lean optimisation opportunities in Public Sector processes.
