"BQF Licensed Assessor Course"
Introduction
This two-day licensed course provides training for organisational assessment against the EFQM Excellence Model. It revolves around a realistic case study organisation that is assessed by delegates both individually (prior to the course) and then collectively (during the course).
The course is designed to ensure that participants understand the Model and the process and deployment of assessment, can prepare useful feedback reports, conduct effective on-site assessments, and operate successfully as part of an Assessment Team. This is achieved through short informal inputs and syndicate exercises using the case study.
On completion of this licensed course delegates will be able to self-assess and, if appropriate, train within their own organisation.
