"BQF Management Awareness Briefing"

Introduction

This one-day workshop is for anyone who needs to understand what Excellence means in the context of their organisation and how the EFQM Excellence Model can be implemented. The workshop describes how the EFQM Excellence Model can be used, ways in which self-assessment can be undertaken, how it fits with planning and management, the resources required, and the commitment needed. The course is part-training, part-interactive workshop.

On completion of this course delegates will be able to evaluate how the EFQM Excellence Model should be applied, and be able to plan and undertake limited self-assessment within their own organisation.
